At EcoDream Fashion, we want you to love your sustainable apparel. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for purchases made on ecodreamfashion.com.

  1. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

  1. Change of Mind Returns

To keep our environmental impact low, we accept change‑of‑mind returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

  1. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size
  • Colour change
  • Alternative product of equal value

To request an exchange:

  2. Provide your order number and the item you’d like to exchange
  3. We’ll confirm availability and provide return instructions

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

  1. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Include photos of the issue and your order number
  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you

We cover all shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

  1. Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and sustainability reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear or intimate apparel
  • Final sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
  • Gift cards
  1. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for us to process the return
  • Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

Refunds cannot be issued to alternative accounts or cards.

  1. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change‑of‑mind returns or exchanges
  • EcoDream Fashion covers shipping for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels
  1. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
